Their customer service took 3 weeks to respond to me when I had an account banned for no reason, I asked them to specify the reason, they refused, They then said if I sent them some information it would be unbanned, I sent them the information, then they said that "It turns out your account can't be unbanned", I asked if I could have access to the games on that account and they refused, I had credit outstanding on that account, and they refused to give me that as well. I complained about this even more, and they said "Here, have a 20% discount voucher" which is stupid as all fuck since GMG nearly always has a 20-25% coupon going round at one point or another, and I can't use a voucher anyway because my account is BANNED.

Green Man Gaming sucks mostly because they're advertising that I can pay with PayPal, but I never was able to. Their checkout system is the worst that with I ever met. And their customer support also very slow.

Yep. even if the game isn't steam redeemable you can trade it in for a steam game later. They also have good sales sometimes. And on occasions you can tun in those free games to get $7+ off your price of pre-order. Awesome!
