Can't create account on www.steamtrades.com

I have problem with creating account. I login through Steam and i got message "Account verified. Steam level 38."
Then i chose my username and click on "Complete registration", button changes to "saving" and gets stuck on that forever. I have tried to register using Chrome and Edge.
Anyone else had this problem?

Just opened and registered (steam login), no problems here

Apparently, only those are in the new site's database who had any sort of trade-related database entry in the first place.

yeah, probably had to at least have a feedback or trade thread opened at one point. that would make sense.
