Como ya te dijeron antes, escribile a Support que te ayuden con eso y evita hacer GA de juegos que esten gratis (o que SG considere que han sido gratis por mucho tiempo o dieron muchas free keys), es más, pregunta la razón por la cuál te lo borraron para estar seguro.
A mi me borraron el primero que hice porque el juego no estaba en la lista y puse otro de igual valor y detalle el juego real en su descripción, sin embargo va en contra de las reglas asi que ni modo.

Conmigo se tardaron como 3-4 semanas, como el sitio recién empieza a monetizarse con anuncios los moderadores trabajan gratis... por lo que no dan abasto.
Te recomiendo hacer unos 3 GAs de una sola vez para no tener solo un slot, aunque sea regala algunos juegos que sacaste en paquetes (humbleblundle, indie gala, etc.) y no quieres o tienes el tiempo para jugar.

I usually don't even bother with people who don't post in English or won't respond to English-speaking users on the Internet. Given that English is the most commonly used language on the Internet by a wide margin, the third most common native language, second most widely spoken language on Earth, and one of the six official languages of the United Nations, I'd like to think that even non-native English speakers or those who don't speak English whatsoever would at least use a translator when speaking on a forum comprising a vast majority of English speakers.
Fortunately, Spanish is an easily translatable language into English and numerous translators are sufficient to accurately translate Spanish into meaningful and coherent English. If so many weren't trying to help the OP already, I'd try to do so myself.
