A quest for digital board games

Hmmm, is the text NEEDED for the solving? Or does it hold a hint? You said "text to help", but im not sure how to take that hahaha

I love board games, but there's only really 1 idea that presents itself to me here, and it doesn't work!

There appears to be something wrong with the code for Terraforming Mars: Prelude... unless I'm making some silly mistake over and over again, it seems that the solution does not lead to a valid giveaway (you can confirm that I've solved the puzzle since I've entered into all of the previous games). You might wish to confirm whether the correct code was given!

Here's the solution.
There are two types of numbers: one digit and two digits.
The one-digit numbers stand for themselves.
The two-digit numbers give you letters.
