If you take it the right way, it shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes. I managed to solve it on my phone. If you need an hint : Google is your friend.

I've got terrible eyes and was stupid enough to use them and waste over 2 hours for this. Can;t believe I'm that stupid... Of course I didn't manage to progress at all in the puzzle... Feeling like shit right now.
