I like red meals and don't like green meals as much. Red Curry vs Green Curry for example.

I generally prefer the green pozole, but I usually get a vegetarian version of it, so that may be part of why I definitely don't find it acidic. Still uses tomatillos though.

I'm not used to eating the green version of things, so red ends up tasting "better".
