They will only full get CV temporary.
Once it gets added to the list, it will be marked as bundled today and people that gave it away today will retroactively lose CV.

I'm not sure of the exact percentage, but I could have sworn it applied to anything more than 90%. I wish I could find a citation that says which it is.
