I bought the Humble Bundle 11 but I forgot to redeem my keys in steam, now when I try to redeem nothing happens. I already contacted Humble Bundle support but I want to know if someone passed through something like this.

Thanks.

How can you possibly still have codes and know they still work? You only know the keys work once you activate them, therefore you no longer have the codes........

You can never guarantee the key won't have a problem, cause perhaps the provider screwed it. Same as for yourself.

The keys might not expire but at least one of the bundle sites recommends using your keys asap as they drop support for bundles after so long.

IR, and 60 days come to mind but others may do similar

When you say nothing happens, do you actually get some kind of error message? Steam doesnt usually just do nothing when you put in a key.

You've clicked the gift buttons, which means that they're in gift form now. You have to redeem the links yourself, unless you've already given them away. If you didn't turn them into gifts yourself, your account has probably been hacked and you should change your password and contact Humble about it.

I didn't click the gift buttons, I mean, when I clicked it said that I already redeemed, but I didn't. I was never hacked before, but there's always the first thing for everything. Even then, I hope Humble Bundle support at least respond my contact or say the email who redeemed the gifts.

As far as I know, you can't redeem a key if you made a gift link out of it. If you haven't given the gift link to someone, click on the spot that says "this link" in the "give this link to your friend" and you should be able to go through the steps to redeem it. If you have given the link away, it's already used. You don't get double games.

There are no keys in Humble Indie Bundle 11. They use direct redeem system there.
Did you login into your steam account before trying to press those "Steam" buttons?
And I mean login at Humble Bundle Page. You have to link your steam account before redeeming games.

It wasn't linked but after I link my Steam account, the same thing occurs.

"Nothing" can mean a lot of things, my friend - it'd be nice if you at least screenshot what the nature of this "nothing" is, censoring sensitive info where necessary

You probably clicked to the "gift shaped" icon on the right (you can't see it anymore); anyway I think that if you click on "this link" you can put your email there and then you'll get another email from HB saying that someone gifted a game to you.

EDIT: This is the gift-shaped icon I was talking about

Atom032 gave you the answer. You clicked on the Gift icon you Noob! Just click on the link and put your e-mail address to claim the game now...

you already clicked on the right to get a gift link, you can´t claim the same game for your steam account.
use the gift link to claim the game on steam

How your redeeming urls became gift links? If you did not turn them into gift links to give to friends, seems someone entered to your account and stole them.

I also have some old humble bundles that I hadn't registered an account for until now, and I asked HB support about retrieving them since someone else claimed them.

No response yet, and doubt they'll refund them but I still love the site.

If someone stole your games, they should revoke these game from the account who redeemed it and give them back to you.

How much time are you waiting for the answer?

They answered and said I was hacked, but they gave all my keys back.

I think it's time to start using more than six numbers as passwords.

Minimum password length should be 8 characters. Good password has 16 characters and contains lower and uppercase letters, numbers and special characters (e.g. %, §, ').

That's lucky. I got scammed for 7 TF2 keys, I think it was, and all I got of Steam/Valve was, "Tough shit". Not in those exact words, but I know that's what they meant

If you get ripped off in a trade they wont do shit espc if its for a game key purchased elsewhere, but if you're hacked they will as a one time only thing. They're two completely different situations and not really equal comparisons.

I suppose that's true. Although my account was hacked and I didn't even try to log in for about 7 years. Tried to get in my account to redeem some bundle games only to find out some dirty foreign dog, (not all foreigners are seen as such by me), had hijacked my account. I have 419 hours of Counter Strike on my account and I've never even touched the game, myself
