Arranging tabs is not necessary, but could help, and gives me a good idea for a future puzzle! :) I would recommend re-reading all the descriptions. I think it's unlikely you're missing letters.

Darn, this is annoying because it feels like one of these puzzles where I go "of course, I see what I got to do" but I don't get the expected solution.

There are 9 giveaways here total. Lvl 2 required. Giveaways end January 21st. If you want to enter Impostor Factory then pay attention along your journey. I honestly have no idea how easy/difficult this is, but I think it's not too bad. If there are not many entries in a couple days I'll drop hints.
