As Dianatrix said, delete cookies for steamgifts and you should be fine.

Had this happen yesterday. If you go to your settings in Chrome and clear your cookies it should work again.
Edit: oh c'mon, no one had posted for like 15 minutes!

Above from those suggestions above, if you're using chrome you can also refresh the page with shift+f5 combination, shift+f5 for firefox.

So this is weird.. its not a bug, i think its more of a chrome thing, i was at home with a friend and i was loged into steamgift and he asked me to check to check if he could register the site so i loged out the site (for like the first time in 2 years) and at the second i loged out steamgift stopped working for me, chrome reveals the message "www.steamgifts.com te redireccionó demasiadas veces." and that means that i was redirectioned too many times... dont know what it is but i can log with no problem in incogniete mode
