That command is only relevant if you're using Archi's Steam Farm and want to add the game to all of your accounts.
Otherwise you're better off just adding it via the client the old fashioned way.

I have no idea what is this game, it looked like one of those assetflips by first glance. Then somehow a lot better by looking it more closely - and judging from the comments it should be kind of good :)
