Tap water in some places in undrinkable. Also in my country there were cases were tap water was infected with everything from fecal matter to e-coli. No thanks... I'll stick to bottled water. And a 2l bottle of the brand I usually buy costs $0.60-$0.65

Switzerland probably has the best tap water in the entire world, it beats alot of bottle water i drank here in Portugal.
And to answer OP, i'm not going to convert to dollars because f*ck that. Cheapest is probably around 0.15€, most expensive ones go up to nearly 2€.

The Chlorine in the water here is so strong it makes the water undrinkable. Filters are more expensive than bottled water. (24x500ml = $1.47) versus $7.99 for 1 filter plus having to buy a jug for it and having to keep it filled. Not sure why water is less than a cent where you live as we have a water bill too, so bottled is still cheaper.
Edit: although that is bottled spring water and not Mineral water like the OP asked about, just wanted to reply to your comment!

Sorry you said mineral water. In Turkey we use spring water.

Our tap water is so clean you drink it straight from the tap. Maybe that's the reason why it costs from $1 - $2

Depends what brand you buy, but you can get "own brands/saver" from the supermarkets for as low as £0.50 I think. Good quality brands in a typical supermarket though cost around £1.50 full price or 2 for £2.

Tesco value lemonade is cheaper than water. (£0.19 per 2L bottle if I remember correctly...)

Just looked it up, seems to be $1, maybe a little less to $1.50.
I only ever buy 5 litre bottles of a cheap brand for about $1.65. Don't buy them for the water, but for the bottles that I use to make wine, mead and (hard) cider in.
