What if I gave a gift and the user don't respond, will positive feedback just get to me after some time automatically?

After 7 days you can ask for a re-roll for a new winner if attempts to contact the current winner fails. And I'd probably close one of your threads (I see two out there with this topic).

No. However, you can submit a support ticket with proof of your sending the game to receive the received status for the giveaway.

But, what should i do, guy didn't send me game after 10 days, and he's refusing to accept my friend request. And i'm not the only one who didn't receive game from him.

He didn't send his last 5 giveaways, and he is online quite a bit, why would he even do that-make a bunch of giveaways and then not gifting.
