He could have entered multiple giveaways at the same time and happened to win both. A lot of time gifters just sent the keys right away, especially for the cheaper games. Can't reroll if he was already given the key.

Those two giveaways end about the same time, looks like he just entered multiple giveaways at the same time, we all do that. It's just his luck that he happened to win 2 very close to each other. Then the gifters probably just sent the key right away without checking so there wasn't any reroll possible.

Yeah, true but I'm curious in case when he was given the key already by email right away, then if a reroll should be done or not. Since then the original gifter has to rely on trusting him not to activate the key, otherwise a new winner may end up with a used key.
