Calling out a Scammer

So, after posting a trade on the site, I got a friend request from someone who seemed pretty legit. However, upon initiating the trade I was blocked and sufficiently scammed so the best I can do is oust him. As far as I can tell though, the key is still working that I assumed was stolen from me.

After blocking me he changed his profile picture, name and community ID. Though the Steam ID never lies, so I found his account again.
