Why so many Wasteland 2 giveaways? + a some free multiplayer keys

i wonder where all those wasteland 2 giveaways come from?
BTW i have some old humble bundle multiplayer keys for fat too long (non steam I suppose) :

They're only really useful for people who have DRM free copies of those games, besides for the last one, which is an ingame item for a "MMO".
