Totally agree with you. I was put off by the super long sale turnovers and the sloppiness of having certain games pop up at 50% off for a flash sale, then go back to 25% off, then be offered in the "voting section" for the same 50% off if it won (which it did not).

They really are. All those recent-bundle-games turned 75%-off-spotlight-Steam-deals is just sad.

This is not new though, the Amazon bundles fx. have been way ahead for some time.

Did you buy it through Amazon? If so, when? If you contact customer support they have a 30 day price drop guarantee. If you mention it they should refund you the difference.

Note that I've never actually tried this but I've heard from multiple sources that it's true.

You can play it already. Just go to the folder where it's installed and launch the .exe file

That only works to the people who were able to install and play during the steam bug that allowed it. If you never installed it before, it does not work

Some person wrote a short thread in the Amazon forum, which explains that thorugh a program called "HotspotShield" you should be able to activate this game on an European steam account, and play it right off the bat?
