Short Answer: Yes

If you entered 200 GAs which each had 200 people entering you would expect to have won by now but many GAs have 500+ people entering. Some people have entered several thousand GAs before winning

To increase your chance of winning you need to get on people's whitelists or join groups with a limited number of members so fewer people are entering the GAs - but to achieve this you generally need to be giving away a lot of games first ..

well i win a game ~ once a week, sometimes 2 or 3 but i only enter wishlist games and group GAs and GAs at my level

Nope. It's a bug. You were supposed to have won exactly 3.7 times by now.

heck i entered about 2500 before my first win,if you want to win more often you need to level you account up by making giveaways of your own and get in some groups and whitelists:)

I have won my first giveaway after 2300 enteries(I`m the unlucky one) so do not care that much about those.

It's currently pretty rare to have people over the 0,5% win/entry ratio (1 win over 200 entries). Take in mind that this ratio is supposed to improve with level: of course a Level 4 Giveaway is inaccessible by level 3 or below users.

The common ratio for level 1 users is between 0,1 and 0,3%, that means 1-3 wins out of 1000 entries.
Of course it's all a matter of luck and entries number in the giveaway. A private giveaway will have/is supposed to have a lesser amout of entries than a public one.
I suggest reading more topics (you should find many and many invite-only GAs) and/or making more giveaways to reach higher levels.

17221 entries, 104 wins, 165.59 entries per win. But I enter a lot of stuff with higher odds than whatever public giveaways you are trying to win. My first win was a public giveaway after 3 months and 1200 entries.

What's with people showing up and expecting to win so fast lol I went several months on the site before I won my first giveaway.

Depends ;) for you entering lvl 0-1 public GAs 1 win in 1000-2000 entries would be usual, for high level, member of many groups, whitelists, forum and chat goer, puzzler etc - 1 win per 50-100 entries will be optimal. Look how many entries your usual GAs you enter have, divide 1 by that number - that is your chance to win every of these GAs ;)
