I imagine that because of recent petition fraud relating to EA and such things, that it is very careful about things like that, and probably only counts your IP once, and any further attempts at voting, may simply just alter your vote if a different option is chosen, or none at all with the same option.

I voted hours earlier, even made some topics on other sites to share it.

Shame I lack the first game. Been looking for a PSP UMD copy, since I disliking buying digital 360 titles, and can't buy on Steam myself.

Well... I've seen the game since it first showed up on the PSP. I contemplated buying it but I never seemed to. I might try it in the Winter Sale, but I'll vote yes xD, NIS is a great publisher so I'm with them all the way.
