Anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to a few months to a year+ to never. Sometimes they won't do the auto-restock at all, despite saying they will, but you can get the key if you contact support. Sometimes that doesn't work either. Sometimes keys run out of stock on bundles they're still selling. In those cases you can probably forget ever getting that key.
They do seem to be hitting the Choice bundles harder for the not-restocking than the regular bundles, so be sure to retrieve your Choice bundle keys and store them in a spreadsheet or something right away, even if you don't want to redeem immediately. Once you have the key it should be fine, even if they refuse to show the key you previously revealed. HB can't cancel the key, only the publisher or developer (whichever one they got the keys from) can do that.

The 1 year package can be simply understood as you receive 12 times in total, you can skip the months you don't like.

All the yearly bundle does is give you 12 redemptions. By default those will automatically redeem at the end of the month, but if you opt to skip that month it won't deduct it from your total and will extend the end date of your yearly bundle out another month. There are people who've been skipping most bundles for years at this point.

That's what I was thinking. But since Humble specifies they are "Origin" keys, I was afraid that maybe they wouldn't work.
And thankfully I found the webpage where you can redeem them, because I really don't feel like installing EA App right now if i get this bundle.

Yeah they're (Humble) still using the Origin name and logo/icon, even though it's getting shut down in April (forcing people to move over to EA app - yes their branding uses a lowercase a for app, don't ask, just EA things).

Oh it does make more sense, lol. A lot people reacted the same way when they revealed that the final name for it (was EA Desktop during beta). I say "a lot" because most simply do not care.

Gotta love the EA app, still just as crappy as ever. Hadn't loaded it in a while, but it ends up running in the tray so I fired it up from there... tells me it needs to be restarted to update. Clicking on this button does nothing. Clicking on the X in the upper right corner does nothing. Ultimately had to right click on it in the taskbar and chose close, then find it and relaunch it so it'd update and I could redeem the keys.
Origin did that same bullshit, I ALWAYS had to update Origin before I could launch a game. At least it logs me out less often than Battle.net does. I don't think Steam has ever forced me to update before launching a game.

Yea, I've had many problems launching Need for Speed Unbound through Steam, because it still needs the EA app... and most of the time, EA app wouldn't open, or would just crash, or not work at all.

If it makes you feel any better, you are not alone. I'm in much the same situation. I didn't even want the December bundle I was forced to have to take the £6 / month offer. Then last month the add an Origin key which made me angry; now this month 2 Origin keys. I'm apoplectic! But mostly with myself. I'm just hoping that by the time my annual runs out, I won't forget this traitorous behaviour, cancel and walk away.

Yeah, I straight-up cancelled my membership. Two months of underbaked EA headliners and a stinker again in Homeworld 3. With how far downhill Humble's tumbled in general, I'd rather just buy the keys for anything I'm interested in separately, or more directly support the devs behind them.

Origin keys suck, but still more than worth it for Pacific Drive and Gravity Circuit. Haven't heard about Caverns of Dreams 'till now but it looks decent too.

Those three games make it still a worth buy, given the regular price of Pacific Drive especially. But ironically it could have been a Fanatical BYOB this way, given that the remaining five games are Origin keys (although when I get a new PC I may install the client to play Tales of Kenzera), an high-profile disappointment (Homeworld 3), a well.reviewed indie that however doesn't attract me (Sir Whoopass), and a mediocre filler (Racine).

Yeah, can't add much to what you already said. ZAU is on my wishlist but I'll buy it when it reaches 90% on Steam. Wild Hearts is not a bad game according to reviews but its optimization is abysmal, full of bugs, it crashes a lot etc.
