No payment by gift card and only local credit cards allowed so that deal is mostly only for people from Argentina.

Yeah, I'm in Chile and still see it full price. Changing countries doesn't work either, no discount. A shame, I'd have bought it for my Xbox in an instant.

Even if you could buy it, microsoft will reverse / refund the transaction, i'd say don't bother, but thanks for the info.

Welp, it worked. Not sure why I doubted it considering that I'm in Argentina so there was no reason for my card to get rejected. Still, getting charged just $19 ARS for a game like this is a bit wild, even if it's for Microsoft's store rather than something like Steam.
