Based on the gameplay, may I suggest slightly reducing the amount of particles when placing a road section? I feel like it would make it a bit easier for the driver to see things before it's too late. :P

Here is some ideas I wrote to you at the first theared:
A turn around tile, tile that when the car join to the tile he need to rotate 180.
Like: __
.........__ ) (think the first line is like the second line that connect to the half circle.
Player change tile: when the car join to that tile the roles of the players changed (the driver changed to the builder and the builder change to the driver)
Triple destroy: a tile that have 3 wercking balls that moves in a rounds and if ball hit you its just kick you away.
I add a image but ill explain here about the image.
and color is a ball and the arrows is where the ball moves (in rounds).
Breaking tile: A tile that divided to squares, the squares size need to be little bigger than the car and when the car drive on the part the part will destroy after second or two seconds.
Speed tile: a tile that speed the time while the car on the tile (will be harder to build and to drive)
slow tile: a tile that slow the time while the car on the tile (will be easier to build and to drive).
water tile: You can make to the car abillity to swim in the water only when its on this tile. the tile will be a water tile like I said, just water and if you want you can add some walls to make a path (you able to put some fishes or something from the sea and it will be like wall).

we are doing the final steps of our game "Can't Drive This" and are going to release the game in 4 days:

As we are currently integrating new tiles we'd like to get ideas which tiles you think could be cool.
What tiles we've integrated so far:
•straight, regular tile
•a 90 degree curve
•a jumping ramp (which additionaly boosts your speed)
•a bumpy tile
•a wrecking ball
•a pinball bell
•a windmill
Any other suggestions?
