I selected the first one. I mean the first one that appeared, episode IV. It was the first step for this great saga, its games and universe. I hope Disney won't destroy this legacy and just milk it as EA did with many franchises and studios.
I also like the title containing hope. Finally someone accepted to make this movie. Hope may be the most important thing that keeps the humans alive. If you lose everything but your hope, you won't give up on yourself.
Hope is even greater than the force or love in my opinion.

My favourite is The Empire strikes back as it is quite well written. I'm looking forward the new one but I keep calm, I know there might be disappointment. I was very disappointed with I-III...

Vader vs Luke on Ep V is the best, remember it was 1980 guys... that's more than impressive. Also that ending changed Hollywood forever.

I actually had a Star Wars marathon this past weekend (my husband's idea) I have to admit 1, 2, and 3 are not as terrible as I had thought I remembered them. I guess it was all the videos and articles I read since then that convinced me I hated them. I certainly still take some issue with them, but still, not the worst thing ever. And here's a likely unpopular opinion: Jar Jar is not that bad. Seriously. When you put him against C3POs incessant complaining and all around cowardice, you'll find Jar Jar much less annoying. Plus, you only really have to "put up" with him in the first movie. C3PO keeps refusing to shut up through all of the original three.
Also, I had forgotten just how very little happens in the original Star Wars (A New Hope) It's understandable considering it was meant to just be a self contained movie.
As for my favorite, it's a tough call between Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

did the same thing myself (sw marathon last weekend)
ended up having an argument with a friend of me over what order i should have watched it in (i prefer 1-2-3-4-5-6 and he prefer 4-5-6-1-2-3) ._.

Empire Strikes Back. It was the first movie I saw at the cinema so that is going to have an impact, but overall I still think it was the most entertaining. The first hadn't really got going, ewoks spoiled the third, the prequels were ruined bya whole bunch of stuff...

Don't tell anyone but I am old enough to have been taken to see Empire Strikes Back when it was first released as a very young child - although not the first movie! I was really excited about the Phantom Menace but I was really disappointed by a lot of it. There was good stuff but overall I felt let down and it wasn't just about nostalgia making things better - I went back and watched the original movies and they were still solid.
And by 'Revenge of the Sith' I felt it was mostly just a soulless CGI-fest and a completely wooden Hayden Christensen didn't help - huge chunks of it just felt like watching somebody else play a video game. I'm really optimistic about episode VII though and I hope I really enjoy it!

it feels like it was yesterday i finally hit level 6, and now im already level 7, time flies when you are making GA's :o
so to celebrate this i have created another bundle train, and i decided since star wars is coming this wednesday i could make that the second thing to celebrate :3
