IIRC web.de is actually normal freemail website, so what's wrong with that?

German(?) email I guess. It's winners responsibility to ensure the email is correct, send it by email.

How long have you been waiting for how to accept the friend request? People usually take 6-48 hours to respond, even when they are online; playing a game or not doesn't matter. If you thought you'd get an answer within 5 minutes... NOPE!

Send it by mail. End of story.
