Hi all! I'm looking for a site to sort my to play games. Ideally I can just paste a text list and it'd find all the to-play times for me. Or sort by genre. Or somehow pull my games list from my Steam public profile.

I tried backloggery and how long to beat, but it seems I have to input the games one by one? I'd prefer not to do that, unless there's some functionality I'm missing...

Thanks in advance! <3

You should be able to set categories for your steam games in your library. Bottom right corner on the page.

I hope I didn't misunderstand what you're asking its pretty late here :P

No worries :p I'd use library categories, but have had it disappear in the past due to me owning multiple devices. So what I wanted was an external way to sort it, before I eventually sort my actual Steam library, or not at all :D Thanks for that though, I'm sure some other people will find this practical (if they don't log in on different things which could cause the categories to be deleted from cloud D:

My other, less helpful suggestion, is pour juice on it.

Update: my Steam library was updated perfectly, I'm really glad they have an "add free to play game or not" option xD

I'm trying this out right now! Seems really cool, my games list is being pulled as I type! :D Though because they don't have a large userbase yet seems like there's not a lot of playtime stats. This is close to what I'm looking for though from an initial look - gonna explore some more functionalities in a bit!

Good luck, I hope it works out for you. It's the only site like it that lets you import I believe.

http://www.steamcompletionist.net/

Just login through Steam, it automatically loads up your Steam games. You can then mark whatever games you have completed. It keeps track of how many games you've played, beaten, haven't even played.

Backlog Assassins Extraordinaire has a group website to help with library/backlog tracking/organizing. I'm somewhat partial (I'm totally not pitching the site because I built it. :P) but I think that site is, erm, rather good.
It's members only though, so ... the "requirement" is that you'd like to be part of a friendly community and share your backlog progress. (The "recruitment" thread should be reopened in the next days... I think.)
The site is invite only; to be allowed access, just leave a comment in the recruitment thread. We'd like everyone to take part in the friendly community and share their backlog progress, but you can still use the site if you don't -- you just won't be invited to the Steam group.
Edit: updated for policy change

I'm waiting so long to apply for it but everytime I refresh my tab with the thread, it's still closed ;____;

Its looks interesting. It will be nice to be part of that, but i am afraid to not be able to finish backlogged games to often to get in the group D:

There's no requirement to finish certain amount of games in a given time, as long as you're somewhat committed to figure out a plan how to clear your backlog when you have time and motivation to do it. :) I joined BLAEO in April, and at the end of June I had beaten 18 games but my backlog had been increased by 28. I'm a terrible backlog assassin.

I should probably have updated that post 2 months ago ... oh well, I did now. You can just use that link and leave a comment if you want in. Like uaua said, there's no requirement about how much you finish, don't worry.

Humblebundle, indiegala, groupees are all very good for backlog. Mine literally exploded after I learned about them )
Sorry, I'll show myself out...
