Or strawberry if it's made with real, fresh fruit instead of with artificial flavoring that doesn't taste like strawberry. But that's very hard to find.

I used to make ice cream for a living, which meant tasting everything. Any flavor can be made good. Mascarpone is particularly suited, but I've had sweet corn ice cream and red bean ice cream and cauliflower ice cream - they can all be good
