It also includes everything from the franchise. All in one with achievements in the main Half-Life 2. Maybe because path tracing is coming? Or Half-Life 3? Who knows.

Friend of mine in Germany has the same problem. Also gets 'AccessDenied/InvalidPackage' in ASF. So that doesn't help either.

Yeah, I used a VPN in some browser and could see it fine, but as soon as I logged in, the ability to get is disappeared. I then noticed I also am not offered to buy the Orange Box, and the Half Life Complete bundle does not include HL2.
It seems Valve doesn't like Germans to have their game :(

If you're from Germany, I noticed Valve had been trying to block Germany somehow in some SubIDs, so not sure if that's the reason why you can't see anything.

Half Life 2 Ep1 and Ep2 as stand alone was removed from my library (as stand alone), i know that now are all in the same game bu stil i dont like that they removed something from my library without warning.
Update: HL2 EP1 and EP2 are under TOOLS category (not under GAMES at it was in before)

The episodes 1/2 and the lost coast are in the main half life 2 game now along with the achievements. No need seperate games thats why they removed from the games menu.

Yes there is a massive anniversary update from valve today for the half life 2 franchise and they mention the other individual games will go to tools. Check the main page of the game with the update. Massive changes overhaul many graphics etc etc and all the changes they made.

They added Ep1 and Ep2 achievements to HL2, did anyone test if they are unlocked by loading a near-end savegame for each episode? (Or are the savegames even transferable)?

I downloaded and installed HL2, and when I started it up, all my EP1+2 achievements popped in it. I didn't have to do anything, just getting to the menu unleashed a flood of notification popups.
I didn't try loading any savegames, though.

So for people wondering why it worked previously and not now, that might be the reason.
The 50865 is the Soundtrack that could be added without the Base Game (Probably that's why you have it already)
But added to command in case people didn't add them yet.
And the numbers after that are all Mods for the Game.
