PSP 3000 still worth it?

Even now PSP is a very nice gaming device. Tons of amazing games like GTA, Metal Gear Solid? Monster Hunter, Persona, Tekken and much, much more will help you to kill your time. Not to mention all of the PS one game library. And, as it was said before, graphics are pretty good for a nine year old console. A custom firmware will expand the possibilities even more. Of course, some of the online services are already dead, I'm not sure if sony provides technical support for PSP anymore.

Used games are really cheap now, but I don't think it's worth $100.
It has really nice library of games. BUT if you want to play GoW on it, it'd be much better to buy home console. It's not bad, but it's just bigger and better on PS3(or PS2). It's better to play more unique games it has like Patapon or Loco Roco, at least in my opinion.

I have a 3000, so worth it if you put a cfw on it. You can run emulators up to n64, plus psx games. In my opinion it is so worth it

If you have a friend with a psp, then just buy some good psp games, make your friend rip them for you into iso and download ppsspp emulator (and play on your pc, or play on your phone)

i got psp 1000 for $100 at ~2007-2008 and think it's unusable shit. for years it lies on table and do nothing with non-charged battery. i played many games on it and i think 95% of whole PSP games is shitty :<

but Dungeon Siege is great, really. :D and Tony Hawk's Underground 2 Remix, like on PC.

That's pretty cheap. I'd say it's worth it just for a few great games it has.
