I was more interested in seeing what the punishment would be, because i mean if put on facebook it is technically showing pornography to minors right?

There was a facebook case in my country, the girl wanted to ask for the details from facebook of who posted a sexual video of her, but facebook refused. They started a lawsuit against them, and i believe they won and facebook had to give them the details.
I once saw a dick pic as someone's profile picture, i reported it to facebook, and they said it was within the rules..
Yet pictures of nipples are removed, in short facebook never gives a crap.

That's happen to me also, reporting stuff that's bad and it's all within the rule (hate speech to people is fine also)... But having a .gif of Goku fighting got flag as porno...

Facebook doesn't apply their own rules and they don't have a mechanism for you to question their actions, as I found out when I was suspended for posting sexual content. I had posted some images that I found funny when I saw them on an eBay listing for men's underwear (listed in their general category, not their adult category, and online for over one month). I received a notice that a post I had made had been deleted due to sexual content and told to delete any posts I'd made that contained sexual content (even though they told me that the offending material had been deleted!). I reviewed their policy on Nudity in detail and found that the images I posted contained neither images of genitalia, implied or actual sexual activity, or exposed female nipples (which are apparently offensive to people that don't understand what they are for). It also didn't contravene any sections of their policy on Sexual Violence and Exploitation, so I felt like there was no action that I needed to take. This happened a couple of times and then I was suspended. You are able to provide feedback, but Facebook specifically says that this feedback is general in nature only, and that they will not review the incident in question!
On the other side of the coin, I have also reported posts including "Fucking maoris", and "Please share the shit out of this to "attempt" and make this sheila embarrassed !", all of which were found to be acceptable despite containing content specifically identified as not allowed within their Community Guidelines on Hate Speech and Bullying and Harassment (as well as spelling and grammatical errors). Apparently, "...you can stick that knife up your ass" also "doesn't go against any of our specific Community Standards" dedicated to "Encouraging respectful behaviour".

I have never understood why male nipples are okay buy female's are not, especially when you cosnider that all fetus's orginally begin as female.
like if i took a picture of a male nipple and photoshopped it over a picture of a topless woman's nipple, would that make the image okay?

You're overthinking it, or rather, making the assumption that there is some logic behind it all. You can't argue logic with the irrational. Even if breasts were genitals, I don't understand how children would be corrupted by seeing them. Censorship has always been messed up. Here in Australia, it is almost as bad as USA and that's saying something, considering America was founded by puritanical religious crackpots. Even adult content has odd requirements, such as women must have reasonably large breasts lest they be mistaken for underage girls and somehow spark the creation of illegal content using underage girls.
Steam's censorship is ridiculous too - take a look at the customer reviews of any game with "bastard" in the title, and you'll see that the game's title has been censored from the reviews. One of my friends from this site had a review (I think it was for Dishonored 2) pulled from the site because her mention of the game's "dick jokes" was apparently too offensive to bear, but once she removed it, they were fine with her gleeful celebration of the ability to dismember people in graphic detail. The TV show Adam Ruins Everything covered the ridiculous USA movie ratings system quite well in their Hollywood episode.

It's also annoying that i have to confirm i am over 18 for every page when i try to look up guides for Bastard Bonds in the discusions (why every page, i'm logged in and confrimed it already)

Ooh, here's a good one. You can't see the word "bastard" because it might be upsetting, but take a look at the first video they promoted to me in my Discovery Queue (which I'm looking at for the Steam Summer Sale cards - it's just started!) and tell me why that's okay (or don't - it's rhetorical).

Duh, that's just disgustingly horrific murdering and stuff, not mildly offensive language!

But that game is just a hide and seek simulator right? with the occasional (bone breakingly tight) bear hug

Um, yeah sort of...I didn't see hugs in the first video but I did see live, scared, struggling teens being axed in the chest, dismembered, decapitated, stabbed, thrown from an upper storey window, drowned in a toilet, thrown headfirst into the ground, slowly but relentlessly impaled on a pike, thorough the head, have their backs broken, receive a mining pick to the face, have a heart torn from a chest while alive, and a nice, studious looking girl begging for mercy immediately before having her jaw ripped off. It was honestly one of the most disturbing video sequences I've seen. No naughty words or exposed female nipples that might corrupt the innocent children, though.

I was mostly just make jokes about adventure time :P
as you know i agreed with you on how ass-backwards the steam censorship is

Yeah, I'm with you on that, just curious for a second opinion on the video, so trying to figure out if you genuinely think it is kiddie entertainment level violence (because I don't think it is), which of course requires that you have actually seen it.

i saw the video and i think i'm just desensitized to violence, though of course it's not going to be suitable for the kiddies

"Here in Australia, it is almost as bad as USA and that's saying something"
Hehe - I'm an Aussie too, and before retiring I worked Law Enforcement. I remember quite a few years back, I was working in Sydney one evening and these two American tourists, young women I'd guess were about 20, were watching one of those portable TV'w while waiting for a train. Chances was on. Well... They ignored the nudity (If you're old enough you'll understand), then one of the characters said "Toilet".
They freaked out and one of them ran over to me and proceeded report this "violation of public decency".
Apparently in the US at the time it was illegal to say this word on TV - You had to say "Bathroom" instead. I explained that people in Australia were allowed to use this word and she nearly had a meltdown...
We then had a discussion about censorship in AU vs US, and we were surprised by some of the differences. At that time in AU it was illegal to say the word "cnt" and even "fck" was limited to less the 2 times per show as long as the show was after 10pm and had an AO rating. If you are old enough you'd remember that it was blanked out of most shows/songs etc. Whereas in the US it was fine but Male full frontal nudity was a huge no-no and we'd been showing it for years.

I'm old enough. I remember Chances and things like "Forget you, clown!" and Eddie Murphy saying "muthafrigger" about 30 times in a movie. I had no idea "toilet" was offensive to anyone but I remember being amazed that "hell" was censored from TV for Americans.

it's a bit backwards, like those twitter accounts that were used by terrorist staying up , but random politcal posters being banned

Some countries are enacting legislation to specifically address this but there are usually existing laws that cover it, although international prosecution can be a problem when the publication occurs in another country. Here's a brief overview from an Australian perspective.

Ah I must have watched the entire show like 5 times now. Every time I see a picture like this I just can´t help myself!
Time to start again <3

I think its dumb people do that. Also, posting the video in question would worsen the victim right? (maybe you should remove it)

I don't know much but I've heard if you don't know you are being captured in a photo or video, that's a voyeurism case. but since you said you both made it together then I've heard of it several times and none of those cases went well.

If your Ex-partner distributes pictures/videos that you made together during your relationship for revenge, is there anything the one can do?
The video in question: (Warning NSFW )
