My giveaway games are not free keys. They are STEAM GIFTS.

I kind of understand why he is mad: afterall he has 3 copies of Lucius in his inventory and this is exactly one of the situations I was talking about a month ago. I understand that support cannot deal with it, but still, the problem should be addressed by CG.

PS: On a sidenote (and I really have nothing against Sleepycat, in fact I just realised that he has 2 negative feedback), it totally bothers me that someone with negative feedback has a superuser role. I am not saying that he scammed someone, since it is hard to judge based on that feedback, but that negative feedback should be dealt with.

The game was free 4 days ago. Cue mass deletion of giveaways for the game.

If you can prove your giveaways were legit (via proof of purchase), and thus deleted in error, I suggest you take it up with the mods in a reasonable way instead of throwing insults at them.

Instead of checking every user to see if it's a key or Steamgift the moderators decided to just delete all the Giveaways for games given away for free and take them of the list. Because there is no exact way to check if the game is a key or a gift, and if there was it would take ages to do so manually. And the support team is small as it is, it takes them ages to answer support tickets and user reports, let alone if they did this as well.

If there was a way to implement a system that automatically checks if the game is a key or a gift that would be great, but what can you do...

I came upon this idea when I couldn't understand why my Steamgift is counted the same way as a key from a bundle (both counted as bundle games). I was not happy with it at all, but now I have reconciled with it and just decided to trade SteamGifts I don't need instead of giving them away (unless they were cheap or unbundled)
