I follow every bundle and several bundle trackers on Twitter and I use an extension to get notifications on my browser.

i follow the bundles i care about on twitter and usually hear there first. then i update indie game bundle wiki as soon as i have time. there are also 2 groups on steam i know of that post announcements of new bundles: indie game bundle which usually posts sooner and is associated with the wiki, or indie bundle tracker which includes deals that aren't pay-what-you-want.
