I don't understand the level system

I created 4 giveaways and all are flagged as received.
The faq shows that after giving away games worth 25$ I should be level 2.
However, I'm still level 1, is there an option to see how exactly my level increases?

They are all reduced value meaning they were in a bundle before so you get only 15% for it.
