Panic?
The server issues take longer and longer on each pass, and I think during the winter sale last year it was a good three hours before everything was stable again.

The summer sale begins tomorrow, but if you plan to be online the very second it begins, keep in mind the servers are overloaded for half an hour to a full hour. If I remember right deals didn't start until 15 minutes after the hour when it was supposed to begin last year. Carts were not saved, and people who caught early price errors missed out. Just keep calm. There's over a week of sales.
Another reminder: If there are no flash sales again this year, publishers may alter their sale prices to create their own flash sales. keep a sharp eye on some games to get a better discount after a few days.
