gothic 3 is it worth ?

I spent a hundred hours in it. It was buggy when it came out, usual stuff, like being stuck in a wall or so on, but nothing really gamebreaking and it was fine, nothing spectacular. Just the difficulty went down, it was kinda easy :/

i liked Gothic 3 almost as much as Gothic 2

It's okay with the patches. Not awesome, but enjoyable when you're a Gothic fan.

G1 and G2 (NOTR) are the best rpg games i've ever played. G3 is just an okay rpg. For me, it doesn't have that "gothic" atmosphere. But if you want to play it, make sure you download the latest Community patch (1,73 i think). G3 is badly optimalized and it's filled with bugs, so don't play the official patch version from and install CP.

for 2.50€ yeah, but it's a far cry from original gothic. still quite an enjoyable game.

basic version sucks, but with latest community patch and some quest packs its playable :P

With latest community patch and some mods it is quite a fun game. Someday there will be the "Community Story Project" which enhances the immersion alot! (but it will never be as good as Gothic I + II)
