How do I receive or earn more points (P)?
All users on the site are given an equal number of points, and you cannot do anything outside of waiting patiently to increase your number of points. The number of points being distributed to users is based on the number of giveaways being posted to the site, and you'll frequently see your points automatically rise throughout the day.
What are levels, and how can I increase my level?
Levels represent a user's contributions to the community. When a user creates a giveaway that's received by the winner, their level increases in value, allowing them access to additional giveaways as a reward. Levels range from 0 - 10, with level 0 being the default after registration, and level 10 being the highest level attainable. If you mouseover your level in the navigation bar, or the level on profiles, you'll see a tooltip with the level rounded to 2 decimal places, giving you a better idea of small increments in level, and when you're about to level up.
Also, you can't regift games that you've won here (all won gifts must be redeemed to your account) and you can't giveaway games that were given away for free before on other sites.

It's accurate for you. Your profile says you are 26% into level 1 and on sgtools it says 26%. If you aren't familiar with your % you can see on your profile page and mouseover your level like in this screeny. Your real cv is always lower because of bundle games being calculated as less.
