Whether the advert is allowed depends entirely on the country in which it is being displayed and its legislation regarding advertising standards.
If you mean to ask whether the advert is morally acceptable rather than legally allowable, there are guaranteed to be tens of thousands of sociologists, feminists, politicians, religious leaders, marketing execs and average Joes who will among them have a vast spectrum of opinions on the advert.
Are you able to elaborate a little on the question?

Well its more about what is morally acceptable then legally and your personal view on it.

I need to ask people to get a wide view. So thats why im asking. Its all part of the task to see how people view ads.

"I need to add you answers to my report to support my statement"
I dont have a problem with the ad, but it might not be suitable for very young people. I think removing it would be an over-reaction

Switch the genders. Is it offensive to women?
Pretty much all there is to it.
Should it be taken down? If advertisements deemed misogynistic are regularly taken down, then this misandristic advertisement should as well. Fair's fair. If neither misogynistic nor misandristic advertisements are removed, then let it be. I don't feel my personal moral beliefs should be given greater weight in the public square than anyone else's. Fairness is my only concern in that instance.

It sounds to me like they're asking for your opinion and thought process, so I'm confused why you "need" other people in order to "support your idea". Is "your idea" going to be whichever side gets the most responses? It might be useful to voice your own opinion.

Just need peoples views thats all so I can write about how people view these types of ads and what they think of them in public. That kind of stuff. Also im not allowed to state my own opinion cause im not allowed to influence other peoples opinions.
