Contact support, and show proof that the user who won had the gift sent to him. This will help more than getting mad and the problem can be resolved.

You can contact support with proof that you gave the game you know

if you have proof you sent it, just contact support

tell support, only they can revoke it if you really send the game.

Just report him ,and send with the report some Screen Capt of the mail or whatever.

He might have not yet checked his email if you sent it by mail. Contact that guy and ask him why he has not yet accepted the gift.

And not that I'm doubting you or calling you a liar, but if you check his games he does not have Defy Gravity in his account. He might have done something dubious or he really hasn't checked his mail.

Lastly, if you really did sent it, there might be proof of you doing it in your account, at least using the Steam Gift itself. You can use that as evidence and show it to the support/mods that you really sent it to him.

steam -> inventory -> more -> view gift history -> print screen -> create ticket

The gift is still in your inventory since you took that screenshot, there is no reason to call the user out on the forum or to report them like others suggested.

Either add the user on Steam to send it directly or contact support.

out of curiosity, when was that picture taken? just now?

because if that's the case, then you didn't actually send the gift

add him on steam and talk it out with him
