If you whitelist someone that means they can take part in any whitelist giveaways you make. Blacklisting means they won't be able to enter any giveaways you make.

I'm glad that got sorted out. Saying "whitelist me" sounds like begging for whitelist spots and that would most likely just earn quite a few blacklists instead. Also welcome to SteamGifts!

Is it the OLD version of Advanced Warfare that doesn't include one of the cheap DLCs? Because if not, then why didn't you select the first hit on the game list at giveaway creation, the one leading to the Gold Edition's store page?
What you selected was one of the subIDs that select the store page based on location. The one you listed is the RoW one, filtering out Japanese users who have their own separate version available.

Yes, it is totally vanilla, not the gold edition. I felt like if I selected the Gold edition which includes DLC that mine doesn't than I'd be short changing someone who won the giveaway thinking they were receiving more. Sorry, what does RoW mean?

Then you selected correctly, even though the current situation is messed up in the store. Also, wow, must be a pretty old key.
RoW means rest of the World, which means that in terms of region-locking policy, it works either anywhere or anywhere but the locked-out countries. (Here the latter, meaning any country except Japan.)

That is the link to my giveaway, and I am totally confused. No picture shows up nor does the link bring you to the game's store page. On the left hand side there is no price where there usually is. But at the top it says 60P. Does this mean I'm trying to give away a game with no value, and will I receive no contributor credit or something?
