He means that deleted giveaways count against you and will limit your giveaway slots (i.e. how many open giveaways you can have).
So you know, you're more limited in how fast you can throw games at undeserving strangers. Brutal, right? Let that possibly be a lesson to you.

I mistakenly listed Supreme Commander, Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance, The Guild 2, and Red Faction: Armageddon from the current Humble Bundle, individually - Didn't realize that they were ALL tied to one Steam key.
