Already use that site, sometimes.
They have a giveaway, where every so often they put a game up where everyone can grab a copy. (usually a cheap game)
They have a Drop Key section, where you'll get a certain amount of tries a day to randomly win a randomly chosen game (you won't know what it is until you win and use the code on their site.) (Also after 9 or 10 of your 20 tries a day you'll then need to do Captchas on every single one left, it's annoying.)
And they have a Lottery, where you spend real money on chances to win better games. They run specials where if you simply purchase a large pack of lottery tickets or keys or whatever, then you'll be given a few games just for buying them.
They also offer a trade section, a store, and a make your own bundle section.

Edit: I will say one thing, their trade section is usually garbage.
You can put up trades where you list the game you're offering and list games you want in return, marking it either as a 1-on-1 trade or all listed games for yours. You can guess what happens next...99% of the trades will be a cheap point and click hidden object game won by them on the site, and in return they want 5 AAA games. lol
