Most people sell for 2 keys, which is more than fair enough.
I don't know why people are saying 1 key. I'm pretty sure they are just pulling that number out of thin air. TF2 key = $1.80, cheapest price for Under the Ocean = $1.88 (Russia). Who is going to buy the game during the summer sale, then wait a couple of weeks and sell at a loss? Not any trader I know.

Oh didn't realize that Euro region 2 was actually cheaper than Russia. 1.7 Euro per key is news to me though. I'm looking at key prices and it's certainly not that much. 1.6 Euro max = ~1.36 Euro after fees.
Regardless, no one is going to hoard Under the Ocean copies just to sell a couple of weeks later for a 10 cent profit...

Under The Ocean was $1.24 in Argentina and I'm not sure where else. That is where I got my copy from. There were probably other countries. 2 keys seems like too much right now, until the Summer Sale copies dry up. Even then, people might just wait for a sale or get it from another country.
I would ask for 1 key and other stuff, like cards or ref. You might even be better off trading it directly for another game. It is a $10 alpha game that has already been 75% off, so it isn't going to ever have any real value.
