Looking for crew to play heists in GTA Online

I am tired to play with stupid random people, so need normal team. Currently stack in first prepare mission for Ron. So if you know how to play in this game and have high level (my is 74), add me in Steam and Social Club

I know stupid random people always leave in the middle of the game or just wander off. I have faced that many times. I am also in the same heist as you.

I'm interested. I'm only level 6 now but that's just because I can't get into a game without being kicked. I have experience with online, I have a level 80 character on PS3.

Are you sure that you can beat heists on hard with small rank? I think, you dont have any vest unlocked and its will be difficult to play. You can add me in Steam and Social Club and we see how its going on. I am think to play today with 1 great guy.

EDIT: btw, why you just dont transfer that character from PS3 to PC?
