Hitman GO is another good one, it was an Android app before it was on Steam.

I was pleasantly surprised by Cyto on the PC. I would imagine that it should work excellent with a touch interface.

The only one I know of the top of my head is SpaceChem, which is a great puzzle game in general, though not that good on small screens.

Luckily it has a free demo (both Steam and Google Play) so you can test it out.

Bard's Tale?

Siralim is on both and will let you save to the cloud and import back into either. It is a RPG/ Roguelike game.

Even that One finger death punch has some free limits in android its still such a good game.

Broken Sword. Basically every point and click game as p&c and touchscreen are a match made in heaven. As long as it has a big screen of course.
