Hey, so I want to reinstall my windows but I don't want to wait 7 days to trade.

Is there any method ? I heard about ssfn file, is it still working ?

On Steam?
I'll just think you have to do the time, support won't give you response within that time..
I think that before you just could change your time & date in the PC to misslead Steam, not sure.

I'm not 100% sure but if you copy\paste the steam folder it should work (you can avoid the folder with games files)

I think this works. I have my Steam folder on a different partition to Windows and when I changed SSD and installed Windows 10 fresh I just reinstalled Steam into my old Steam folder and didn't have any 7-day wait.

Better upgrade to Windows 10 while you're at it.

Use your phone to accept trade offers. You won't be able to drag items to trade, but you can ask others to send you trade offers. AFAIK there is no way to bypass the 7 day trade ban,

Does this work with a tablet ? Because only my tablet has Android.

I use the browser on my tablet all the time to accept trades. I had to sit through the 7-day ban on that browser when I first used it but since then I have had no problem.

for the client: make a backup of your steam directory. when you make a fresh install, replace all the files (i did this for windows10).
for browsers i assume there are cookies that save your log in/account info. you could try to making a back up too (but i have no idea how to do it).
