it mostly depends on groups. im in elite in specific group. it has private giveaways for elites ( around 20 steam key ) per week in steamgifts. and litterly the entries are always lower then 10. that doesnt count the giveaways from the main group so lot of keys XD

Yeah, the trick is to get yourself into a nice friendly group, i've been a member for under 2 months and take a look at my wins, of course you will have to give away a lot more depending on the group requirements, but I've learned so far that having a positive ratio is a really good thing when it comes to sg and it also helps your group grow, btw the entries do not matter one bit as giveaways are based on luck, if you join a giveaway with 5 people you have 20% chance to win, you wouldn't be selected just because you entered more giveaways, the winner is random, the only way to exclude luck and randomness would be to enter a giveaway and be the only entry giving you 100% chance, or enter a 5 copy giveaway with only 5 entry's, anyway good luck :)

+1, depends on luck, what kind of GAs are you entering (what games), how many entries (thats kind of determined by the game and entry lvl in public GAs). 500 entries isnt that much, I usualy win public GA aproximately every 1500 entries, but it varies. Depends on your L in your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. :D

Having entered 500 giveaways with 0 wins isn't uncommon you know...
Just bad luck, keep on trying. Also keep a look out for giveaways with multiple copies.

Raise your level, enter some groupes and look for giveaways with under 200 people so you have a winchance off 0.5% wich is acceptable. Then you only need just a little luck and the rest comes with time.

Most people win after the 1000th entry. Depends on luck and what you enter for really. Try being active in the forums, get into peoples whitelists for doing helpful things etc, join groups and do puzzles etc to increase chances...

- You can raise your level so you can join mid-high level giveaways which will increase your chance of winning.
- Lurk in the forum for private giveaways or trains and if you have the time and patience you can solve puzzles.
- Join private giveaway groups, some groups has requirements like keeping a positive ratio, monthly contribution and CV level.
I've been here for almost 3 months and I'm approaching the 100th win, I plan to celebrate my 100th win with a train or invite-only giveaways and will try to keep positive ratio as I can and that will also be my first created discussion :)

If you only enter public giveaways, your chances of winning are veeery small. Be more active on the forum, solve puzzles... doing these things will give you access to private giveaways with higher chances of winning.

What most people forget about Khalaq's former bad luck is that a lot of his entries were for private and group giveaways; his estimated wins stat was high even for someone with 2000 entries.

As everyone has said above, it's about how often and what kinds of GAs you enter...I've been here 3 weeks, have entered over 1500 GAs, and I hardly ever enter anything with more than 500 entries, with lots under 100. Being a higher level helps with that.

look at the number of entries those 500 you entered had, they can get into the thousands (even so called "bundle trash" can get 500 easily.) it'll probably be awhile, but it does happen.

i was at about 2500 GA's entered before my first win, your only a level 1 you have much better odds of winning after around level 3 when you can enter GA's with less then a 1000 people in them. i dont even bother wasting points on a GA under level 3 anymore, buy a few $2 bundles and give them away you'll hit level 3 fast and start to win a lot more often.

I'm not crying or accusing anything or anyone.
I just wanted to know if there is even a reason for me to stay here in this site, logging in each day and entering giveaways, if after 1-2 years I have never won a single game.
P.s, I did created a few giveaway msyelf. I'm not just here for the free steam keys.
