I once was stupid enough to trade a giftable copy of The Darkness 2 for a key of what was supposed to be Anno 2070, but turned out to be a duplicated Shank 2 key. I didn't check SteamRep since he had god knows how many "+rep" on his profile. Should have been suspicious, he added me without commenting on my thread. Moral of the story is, have common sense like the person who posted the OP, and don't be a twat like me.

I traded for Anno, and traders know what the demand is. Thing is, it looks just so DAMNED GORGEOUS. And then, well, first and last Ubisoft is all I can say.
But actually after a few bumpy starts I am thinking about devoting more time to it. It's not as intuitive as, say, a Firaxis game, but it has some playability (I am hoping).

I may put more time into it too. I have only played 8 hours. It is just finding the time. I am almost always busy, and have one huge backlog, because you'know, who can't resist the 75% off sales? I swear, I buy games just because of the sale, and then never play them for months.

I just comment on their profile that they were being and block them. Dude yesterday came back with "what are you talking about". You suddenly message me with it's my birthday when I barely know you and then ask if I have a gift. Seek medical help.

No, it's not steam support who's fast, it's this guy. He was pretty active yesterday so a lot of people must have reported him.

I've received a few beggars but no scammers as of yet.

What was it that prompted you to ask him "where's your real account?" Or do you always ask that of people?

4:55 PM - Gawaine: where's your real account?
4:55 PM - substrance: brb

Steam Account: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198079983211/
Steam Rep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198079983211
Initally, his Trade Status wasn't Banned - So I was all like to Steam:
You might not have enough information, but he deserves a Trade Ban:
And he tried to scam me by offering $30 for a game.
Less than 30 minutes later and he has a new name and a Trade Ban! Report Violation works and Steam Support is FAST! ^_^
