well the games you gave away have no value anymore due to those games been given away for free so they dont count towards your lvl

All the games you've given away don't generate any CV, since they were given away for free earlier at some point - sometimes it takes support a while before they can catch up and add all the games to the 'bundled'- or 'free'-lists, so it seems you got downgraded retroactively.

Because you're giving away games that were previously free. The reset means they were finally flagged as such. The system is working.

The games he has given away are not all free.

All of the games that they have given away are marked as "** No value towards your contributor level."

if you want to restore your level, you can make more giveaways but with full value or bundled games. =3

He is currently at 0.00, but his given list includes games of 10p. Shouldn't he show some level?

It sometimes takes support a little while to mark a game as "free", that's probably why he was level 1 for a little while.

True. So, need to know how long he had his level 1.

By the looks of it, since their Stickman Safe and Destroy giveaway ended.

So, when I create a giveaway for Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West and hit "Review Giveaway," I see it listed for 10p. What am I misunderstanding here?

The points have nothing to do with it. It has two stars after it very clearly.

free games still need points to enter

SGtools is not always completely up to date with these things. If a game was just marked as bundled or "free", it will take a little while before that becomes visible on sgtools.

You can report the free games in SG tools thread

They have to be manually added to the database. I just reported those two.

From the FAQ:

Q: Why did my level decrease?
A: There are two reasons why a decrease could occur.

Values are calculated based on the current USD prices of games in the Steam store. If a game lowers in price, the value of previously created giveaways will adjust accordingly, and this will be reflected on profiles and levels.

Certain games on our site are flagged as "No Value" or "Reduced Value". This is done manually by our volunteers, and therefore there might be a delay before these values are assigned. For example, a game might be included in a bundle on January 10, 2018. If on January 13, 2018 we flag that game as "Reduced Value", with an effective date starting January 10, 2018 (the day the bundle started), then giveaways created between January 10-13, 2018 would have their value reduced accordingly.
