Skyrim/all DLCs show inflated points cost, I guess it's bug like all the other 80 points games...

Hmm, yeah. The option to purchase Skyrim from the Steam store appears to have temporarily disappeared, I think that's the cause.

A friend of mine actually had it appear in the steam store after over a year of nothing. It was never available in Lithuania

Same goes for Poland, its against european law, that those games were only availballe through retailers, thats why Skyrim etc are available in those countrys now.
