Looking at the comments, it seems once you go into the queue, they won't let you out of it until all of the keys are gone :( Good website design.

collected a BG for a friend, now to hope I can get dlc for myself with my other account

ninja....no key....

I did manage to get mine; but I do intend to use it. Just saying this to prove it is manually possible to get the key, even so after I was assigned one, the display to show how manny keys were left, was small and red; so I was close to not get it anyway...and a minute after, gone.

Also reading the instructions again, does support my theory, the "assign a key at random" might refer ONLY to the "random DLC", but you can only claim one of the 3 types of keys. So I cant claim any of the DLC's

better to refresh every second or what? any tip?

got key trick is to connect one hour before and keep refreshing 5 in 5 minutes or so

Guys I got one but i dont know it is for which DLC. How can i learn that ?

That's funny. I have refreshed the page about 35 minutes before the drop started just to see the "Hold Tight..." when the page finally loaded there were no keys left. Experience: 10 for 10. :-D

I was logged 50 minutes before 5pm CT and i was in. Check 20 minutes before and put me in the waiting room. Wait 23 minutes, 3 minutes after the hour and was out.
