My level six months ago was = 1 and now at the moment it's become = 0, Statistics show that I have 1 level

That's because the DLCs you gave don't have a price anymore

It's more an issue with the Steam API than a SG bug, as Steam isn't reporting any price for the Payday DLC you've given away anymore, the basis for generating points/CV. Nothing to be done about that from SG's side, unfortunately.
